Banksia Works ("we") is operated by Timothy Collins, ABN 89 578 823 147, a sole trader in Queensland, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your files stay on your device

Our tools process photos and other files inside your web browser. The files you open are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage statistics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count page views without cookies and without identifying you.
• Purchases. If you buy Pro features, Stripe acts as the merchant of record and collects your payment details, email and billing country under Stripe's privacy policy. Stripe shares your email and purchase details with us so we can issue and recover your licence key. We never see your full card number.
• Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address to reply and support you.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your files to train models.

Advertising and affiliate links

Some pages may show ads or affiliate links. If we add advertising that uses cookies, this policy will be updated first and you'll be asked for consent where required.

Storage, access and complaints

Purchase records are kept as long as needed for licences, tax and legal obligations. You can ask to access or correct your information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@banksiaworks.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
